| The purpose of this paper is making a comprehensive analysis with thehistorical background, the pace of combination, the times of directionchange, exercise intensity and the development process for the first to thirdsets with second and fifth stage about adult compulsory exercise in standardof national public aerobics exercise, so that letting the people have a deeperunderstanding for the whole sets actions of the standard of national publicaerobics exercise, then to bring more people to participate in this sports andpromote the popularization and development of aerobics. To make morepeople to participate in the mass aerobics exercise, to update the fitnessconcepts constantly, to improve the awareness and interest of aerobicsexercise, and to provide a more systematic, scientific, standardized exercisesmeans, then to make a contribute to the implementation of national fitnessprogram and give reference views for sustainable development of thestandard of national public aerobics exercise.This paper uses the methods of literature consultation, mathematicalstatistics and video analysis, getting these conclusions from the analysiswith the pace of combination, the times of direction change and exerciseintensity for the first to third set with second and fifth stage about adultcompulsory exercise in standard of national public aerobics exercise: Firstly,adult compulsory exercise in the first set with second stage about standardof public exercise comprises7paces, and the paces are asymmetry, thewhole aerobics set makes the actions to be the repeated appearing ornegative direction appearing; adult compulsory exercise in the second setwith second stage about standard of public exercise comprises16paces, each section of aerobics exercise has4×8eight beats and they aresymmetrical; adult compulsory exercise in the third set with second stageabout standard of public exercise comprises17paces, each section ofaerobics exercise has4×8eight beats and they are symmetrical, thesymmetrical actions are easy to people’s memory and artistic, it is alsosimple to accept relative to asymmetry actions. Secondly, the directionchange determines the difficulty degree of the whole set aerobics, theanalysis results show that: during the adult compulsory exercise in the first,second and third sets with second stage about standard of public exercise,adult compulsory exercise in the third set with second stage about standardof public exercise is more complex and the most difficult, then the adultcompulsory exercise in the second set with second stage about standard ofthe public exercise, at last, the adult compulsory exercise in the first set withsecond stage about standard of public exercise is relatively simple. Themore turning points in each direction change, the more appreciation value invisual. Thirdly, from the comparative study of influence about the high andlow impact pace, action rate on exercise intensity: the first set and secondset with second stage about standard of public exercise compare with, theformer high-impact action beats are more than4.1%than the latter, but theaction time of the second set with second stage about standard of publicexercise is less than the first set of23", and more100beats than the first setof standard of public exercise, so the adult compulsory exercise in thesecond set with second stage about standard of public exercise has highstrength; the high-impact pace beats and motion transmissibility in the thirdset with standard of public exercise are faster than the first and second setaerobics, so the third set aerobics is the most difficult. |
