Research On Education And Training Of The Traffic Construction Engineering Supervisison Enterprises

Education and training of traffic construction supervision is an important link for the operation of construction supervision system. With the constant expansion of traffic construction, the conflicting demand of high-quality supervisors in the market is increasing. It has been an urgent task for traffic construction supervision enterprise to provide systemic education and training for employees. We discuss and study in the following aspects in this paper.Starting with the analysis on significance of strengthening education and training for staff in traffic construction supervision enterprises, the paper used the methods including qualitative analysis, comparative study, systematic research and investigation to demonstrate the development and current situation of construction supervision education and training at home and abroad and discuss the classic staff training theory of three periods.Second, to conduct education and training, the traffic construction supervision enterprise should know the staff’s training needs comprehensively. From the three parts of preparation, planning and implementation, training needs have carried on detailed exposition. Based on the problems faced by traffic construction supervision enterprises, current situation of the staff quality in traffic construction enterprise and the existing problems of traffic construction supervisors training, we concluded that staffs’training needs of traffic construction supervision enterprise is urgent.We put forward the plan for strengthening education and training of staff in traffic construction enterprise, i.e. to integrate internal and external trainings, make systemic analysis on staff training demands, build scientific education and training system and introduce quality assessment system of education and training. In addition, the systemic education and training system for staff of traffic construction supervision enterprise.Finally, with the education and training for supervisors in construction supervision team of Chengdu-Meishan (Renshou) Expressway project as a background, we introduce the education and training of supervisors in the implementation of traffic construction supervisions project, discuss education and training of traffic construction supervision enterprise based on the systematic theories of education and training and propose solution in response to problems that take place in practical education and training of traffic construction supervision enterprise.
