A Study Of Student Management Work Of Multicampus Base On The Concept Of Dynamic Management

Since1990s of the20th century, accompanied by the development of China’s higher education reform, there are more and more multi-campus University emerged under the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities. The multi-campus Universities brought us not only new opportunities and space to development but also serious of challenges in university management. Specifically, compared with the single campus, multi-campuses shows us a series of problem such as:student management become harder, education management costs more and more, campus cultural integration is not in place, lack of communication between teachers and students, etc. For this purpose, this thesis was written to analyze the situation and solution of student management in multi-campus Universities form macroscopic view and microcosmic view under the example of Sichuan College of Education.There are five main parts in this thesis:Part1The background, significance, main content, research method, including the current formation of the multi-campuses; research of the management mode of multi-campuses in colleges and universities at home and abroad; problems and solutions in student management of multi-campus university.Part2Analytical framework for the student management of multi-campus university, including introduction of research border and theoretical knowledge of management. First illustrates the meaning of student management in multi-campus university, followed by introducing theoretical knowledge of Management of organizations, final dynamic management theory apply to student management in multi-campus university. This section made a theory foundation of the deep analysis and the way to solve in next part.Part3The problem of student management in Sichuan College of Education. From a microscopic view, disgusting the actual problem of multi-campuses student management situation in Sichuan College of Education. Part4Find the source of these problems in order to get effective method. Problems emerge because manager lack of knowledge on the management of multi-campus students, student management position is ambiguous, capital investment to the culture construction of new campus is not enough, logistics service lack of flexibility mechanisms, etc.Part5Express the solutions of Problems in student management of multi-campuses university.
