It’s really important to improve farmers’ diathesis in our national. Because whenthe farmer has higher diathesis, they will get more income, and at the same time, thiswill have positive impact both on building new socialist countryside and Urban-ruralintegration. Solve the issue of farmers is the key to resolve three rural issues. So theeffective way to improve farmers’ diathesis is training. As one part of modernvocational education, Secondary vocational schools have the social responsibility tohave training programs. The good news is that the schools are involved in the farmertraining now, and playing a pivotal role.On the basis of secondary vocational schools are participating in the trainingprograms for farmers, the research is aimed at solving the problems of secondaryvocational schools are confronted. The research has explored its reasons from thehistorical and present point, bases on fully holding the current situation of farmertraining in four secondary vocational schools of Z province, using questionnaire andinterview survey method to find out the specific conditions of current farmer trainingin secondary vocational schools. Analyze the successful experience and existingproblems. Then propose several measures of farmer training for secondary vocationalschools, which will contribute the farmer training programs and the development ofsecondary vocational schools.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction section. This chapter is to mainly outline thebackground and significance of research, introduce the research status of domesticand foreign, the purpose and content of this research, which also includes the researchmethods and technology roadmap.The second chapter is to explain related concepts and theoretical basis. Andpropose the corresponding theoretical foundation.The third chapter briefly describes the historical of farmer training since beforethe founding of PRC until now. Through this analysis the experience to put forwardtask of the new period and promote the reform of training requirements. The fourth chapter is to point out the advantage of secondary vocational schoolsto participate in farmer training programs. On the basis of questionnaire survey andinterview, presents the current situation of farmer training in secondary vocationalschools.The fifth chapter is to analyses the successful experience and problems of farmertraining in secondary vocational schools.The sixth chapter is to bring forward relevant measures according to goal ofdevelopment of famer training and contribution to secondary vocational schools.
