Information technology has a great impact on education and makes learning purposes and assessments change through integrating information technology into curriculum. In contrast with traditional learning assessment approaches, IT based learning assessment approach is more comprehensive in assessing students achievements, and becomes one of the most significant focuses in IT based teaching and learing. As one of the most important lessons in science education, junior high school physical is a discipline which combines the observation of the students, experimental operation and logical thinking of students. Compulsory education teaching evaluation of how to meet the requirements of the new curriculum, and how to use new information technology assessment tool is a comprehensive study of the development of the students, the two points are no doubt that we need to focus. This article is the investigation and analysis of the status for the existing problems appropriate strategy, and cited a typical case of learning evaluation, specific description of how to use the evaluation to promote the development of students, and to promote the effectiveness of teaching. The thesis is divided into the following sections:Part Ⅰ:survey-based access to a large number of literature and learning assessment tools of information technology in the middle school physics teaching application status, evaluation of information technology learning in junior high school physical education in the new curriculum. There are many problems, including information technology, the specific use of learning assessment tools is the need to focus on issues of concern.Part Ⅱ:evaluation tools of information technology is a junior high school physical implementation of information technology learning assessment methods and means, to understand the principle of learning evaluation strategy is essential to explore the application of information technology assessment tool. In this section, the author clarifies the study of learning theory and teaching theory, and elaborate the meaning and elements of the e-learning in junior high school physics education. Evaluation highlights several typical information applicable to junior high school physics teaching Evaluation tool.Part III:combine the characteristics of junior high school physical discipline and psychological characteristics of junior high school students, combined with their own teaching practice, and evaluation tools of information technology in the middle school physics teaching strategy, analysis of several commonly used learning evaluation methods (e-Portfolio、rubric、learning contract, and concept map, etc.), a typical case. And a brief outlook on future can continue to study the problem in the teaching practice.
