Research On The Localization Construction Of Physical Education Character Learning Evaluation Tools For Junior High School Student

It is an important help to construct the evaluation tool of sports character learning for junior middle school students to promote the reform of educational evaluation and carry out the fundamental task of "building moral and cultivating people".The localization construction is an effective way to expand the design vision of the evaluation tool for junior middle school students’ sports character learning.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert investigation,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process,this paper investigates and analyzes the localization construction of sports character learning evaluation tools for junior high school students.In order to promote people’s understanding and attention to the localization construction of students’ sports character learning evaluation tools,the purpose is to reveal the characteristics and rules of the localization construction of evaluation tools,so as to make up for the existing deficiencies in the research on the localization construction of evaluation tools in the field of student sports learning evaluation,and enrich the theoretical results of the development research on the localization construction of student sports learning evaluation tools and related fields.Research conclusions : Through the relevant research of the American sports academic evaluation tool Sports Index(Pe Metrics),the analysis shows that Pe Metrics has effective reference value;The principle of appropriateness,comprehensiveness,innovation and scientificity should be adopted as the principles to construct the evaluation tool for junior high school students’ physical character learning.Through relevant analysis and investigation,the necessity of localization construction of sports character learning evaluation tools for junior middle school students is mainly reflected in the need to effectively implement relevant national policies,help to promote the cognition and understanding of teachers and students in sports character learning evaluation,and help to enhance the motivation of students to participate in sports character learning.The feasibility is embodied in the support and guidance of relevant national policies,the basis of teachers’ different needs for the evaluation of sports character learning,and the guarantee of teachers’ positive attitude towards the localization research of evaluation tools.Through the corresponding expert investigation,the evaluation index system of junior high school physical education character learning is finally established,which consists of 4 first-level indexes,20 second-level indexes and 47 third-level indexes,including civility,self-esteem and self-confidence,responsibility consciousness and correct outlook on winning and losing.According to the evaluation index system,we design and establish the learning evaluation criteria of civility,self-esteem and self-confidence,responsibility consciousness,correct view of winning and losing,and the corresponding learning evaluation table.It also puts forward the following points to pay attention to the use of evaluation tools: pay attention to the connection between sports character learning evaluation and classroom teaching objectives;Pay attention to the integration of sports character learning evaluation and classroom teaching content;Pay attention to the integration of sports character learning evaluation and classroom teaching methods;Pay attention to ensure that students actively participate in sports character learning;Pay attention to the timely implementation of teachers’ feedback on the evaluation of PE character learning;Pay attention to teachers’ reasonable arrangement of the workload of learning evaluation of physical education character.
