Suburb is a new Chinese city in the process, and in the development ofthe school and its students, should become the focus of educational and socialconcern. Due to the special location of the integration of a suburban school,students composition is complex, the underachiever more, for most of theintegration of a suburban school education management challenges.Combined with high school students is in the midst of the dramatic changes ofadolescence, make the edge of primary and high school educationmanagement more difficult.Previous researchers to the edge of primary and high school students,especially the underachiever education strategy research is relatively small,and the researchers pay more attention to is a study in the field of macro,micro level, the lack of specific school education strategy in the field ofresearch; Most pure research junior students’ personality characteristics,without good coaching Suggestions and measures are proposed, for the workof education practice reference has some limitations.This article obtains from the suburban fringe of the particularity ofprimary and high schools, the integration of a suburban high school studentsas the main research object, trying to work for the integration of a suburbanhigh school student’s education practice to provide some concrete and feasiblereference. First of all, on the edge of the junior high school students and highschool students respectively to classify system comprehensively, on this basis,in accordance with the features of differential treatment in education of allkinds of different levels students. According to the characteristics of thesuburban fringe the underachiever more primary and high school, to analyzethe junior as a starting point, respectively, puts forward some concrete tostudy the underachiever and conduct the underachiever transformationstrategy. Which in turn around the edge feature of primary and high schooleducation, respectively from the special education form, characteristicteaching mode and characteristics of management style three aspects putsforward some specific practices and ideas. Finally from the edge of primaryand high school rules and regulations, perfect evaluation mechanism of theimprovement, and school and family, social various aspects, such as how tostrengthen cooperation and ultimately make the education of all positivefactors to form resultant force, develop meet the requirements of the era ofqualified builders and successors to the cause of socialism.
