With the development of information technology teaching reform of basic education and education in China to promote, modern education technology has become the development of educational reform of the "commanding" heights and "breakthrough",the traditional education is confronted with hitherto unknown challenge. At present, all the countries in the world to education normalization as the future direction of the development of education, so the modern educational technology has important significance for improving the modernization of education and teacher specialization.Taking Duolun County of inner Mongolia primary and middle school teachers the research object, application of modern educational technology by using the method of documentary, questionnaire and interview for teachers in Duolun County, find the existing problems, and find out the reason, put forward corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve the application of modern educational technology in primary and secondary school teachers in high level in Duolun County, to author improve the quality of teaching in Duolun County.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part, introduction including the present research significance, domestic and foreign related research review research ideas and methods and innovations.The second part is an overview of modern education technology. On the basis of other’s research results, the concept and connotation of modern educational technology and related concepts to describe, a comprehensive introduction to the theory foundation of the modern education technology, also reflect the status and role of education technology.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the results of the application of modern educational technology in Duolun County. As the investigation object this part in Duolun County, primary and secondary school teachers, using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview, first to analyze the environmental construction of modern education technology in Duolun County, and from the comparison of environmental facilities of County schools and rural schools. Duolun County schools of application of modern educational technology teachers are investigated from four aspects:1、the teachers to master modern educational technology theory,2、the awareness and attitudes of teachers the application of modern educational technology,3、teachers’actual situation of application of modern educational technology,4、modern educational technology of teacher training. Found many problems results through questionnaire:1、urban and rural and uneven distribution of resources;2、teachers’ability to use modern educational technology is low;3、excessive dependence on teaching media;4、the mode of traditional teaching and no substantial difference. It analyzes the reasons of the problem:1、concept factor;2、factors of management;3、training factors;4、economic factors.The fourth part is countermeasures to improve the application of modern educational technology ability of teachers in primary and middle schools in Duolun County. Discovered by the investigation of the problem, the cause, put forward corresponding countermeasures:1、change the old ideas, the formation of the new education idea;2、improve the management system, formulate incentive measures;3、carry out effective training;4、to raise funds, improve the treatment of teachers.The fifth part is conclusion, about summarizes, the results of this study points out the shortcomings and the future direction of development.
