In pace with the continuously deep-going reform of new curriculum, network education and teacning resources has oecome an important concept and obtained extensive concern and support in education circles. There is an overwhelming variety of education and teaching repositories available on the internet, however, the teaching resources specially designed for high school chemistry teachers are quite less, let alone those teaching repositories, which could be applied to the chemistry teaching in high schools. These rare-existing repositories basically have following deficiencies:1) the resources are relatively simplified, while their classifications are not scientific and normalized enough, leading to the difficulty in both the management and sharing of these resources.2) The inaccurate positioning of the repository construction made the teaching activities not targeted as it deserved.3) The function of repository is onefold, lacking corresponding functions in the resource management, integration and evaluation and so on.4) The interface is not well-designed and not fit for individualized learning. Thus, it is urgent to establish a network-based high-quality chemistry education and teaching repository for high schools, so to meet the demands on chemistry curriculum resource for the majority of high school teachers and students.The newly designed chemical education and teaching repository take New Curriculum Standards of High School Chemistry as the thread running through, provided with advantages, such as:1) rich resources;2) simple operation3) authority administration4) favorable openness and extendibility and so on.Thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter mainly analyses the current need to establish the high school chemistry teaching resources library needs, as well as the current chemical teaching resources repository construction the basic situation and the existing problems; on this basis, the second chapter establishes the study of high school chemistry resources repository construction the basic meaning and target; the third chapter is the focus of this paper, first of all elaborated our school library of chemistry resources construction the key content, and the content are classified in detail, in order to better realize the query function. Based on the " modern distance education resources construction technical specification" and "education information technology standards"(CELTS-41.1) coding design, because the school teaching resource library also need improvement, the coding design has not been given by the application, analysis, for the future work to improve the pave the way work. The fourth chapter combines resource library must follow standard and advanced principle, simplicity and interactivity, integrable and integration and the basic principles, on chemical education teaching resources storehouse in "teaching resource library","media resource library","experimental resource library","examination questions bank"4sub-databases system analysis and the corresponding function. The fifth chapter is the author of all kinds of resources and Library’s original resource library case display. The sixth chapter is the author of the research achievement to undertake analysis and think, regarding the high school chemistry teaching resources repository construction in future work put forward a few simple suggestions.
