With the development of society, the increase and update of knowledge is at an increasingly rapid pace. The aim of education is not merely to obtain some knowledge, but also to raise and develop their wisdom. Which makes them learn to study, learn to survive, and adapt the request of the time and developing society.However, the traditional and single intelligence teaching model just focuses on the academic achievement of students, does not pay much attention to the student’s thinking, creativity, imagination and practical ability. As a result, the students often possess of a great deal of information, but the capability of analyzing and solving the problems is very poor. It is Successful Intelligence that breaks down the traditional concept of intelligence, importing the creative and practical competence to intelligence. Successful Intelligence emphasizes on the development of the student’s analytical ability as well as develops the creative and practice capacity. It also enables the students to apply the knowledge to the practice, and cultivate the creation through the practice. Which sets up a new intelligence view for the new times talented person’s raise.The paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter expounds the aim and meaning of the subject, the methods of the research and the domestic and international situation.The second chapter introduces the theory of the Successful Intelligence, including its putting forward, basis, elements and characteristics. In addition, this part also introduces the relationship of Successful Intelligence and Multiple Intelligence.Chapter3researches and analyses the chemical studying situation together with the analytical, creative and practical conditions of middle-school students. Besides it brings forward the Successful Intelligence Teaching Strategies and Teaching Model to cultivate the students’ abilities, in addition, it has constructed the evaluating methods under the guidance of the theory of Successful Intelligence in chemistry curriculum.In the fourth Chapter, the teaching practice based on the Successful Intelligence Teaching Strategies and Teaching Model has been carried on. The results of the teaching practice are analyzed in this part.The fifth chapter reflects and summarizes the Successful Intelligence Teaching Strategies and Teaching Model. It also put forward the proceeding which should be paid attention in the execution.With the teaching practice and investigation, the researcher finds that the teaching model of the Successful Intelligence will enhance students’ interest in chemistry, improve students’ achievement and develop students’analytical, creative and practical abilities.
