Today is the information age, information has become an indispensable content in people’s life. In this era of information technology education is particularly important, from primary school to university offers courses in information technology, information technology is not only a separate courses, and other disciplines of the catalyst, in high school teaching plays an indispensable role. Algorithm and program design as an important module of information technology course, is also a major focus of teaching. Algorithm and program design has its own characteristics, it is boring, difficult to understand, students do not want to learn, the teacher didn’t want to teach. But if the learning algorithm and program design on this module, the thinking ability of students is a very good exercise, to the future development of the students have a good and far-reaching influence. In this case I used several strategies to guide students’learning algorithms and program design, the more difficult the module for exploration, also obtained the good. I used the strategy:"The application of task driving teaching method","analogy","the number shape union law","roundabout","to practice as the main algorithm teaching strategy"The use of the strategy for good teaching, students’ logical thinking ability, and math scores improved things very organized.
