With the rapid increase and renewal of knowledge information, the education of high quality and effect has become the learners' common need in the background of New Curriculum. The mix of the teaching theory and modern educational techniques and that of the teaching theory and the current education and teaching practice provides the vast teaching operators with the new chances and challenges. Being the main body of developing coursewares and teaching research, teachers should possess the ability of designing and developing curriculum. Besides, teachers should not only conduct a series of teaching research linking their teaching practice and certering on the optimizal of the class teaching , but also do researches focused on solving the practical problems of New Curriculum, and carry out the reform of New Curriculum as well.The study takes an example of the module of Algorithm in senior grades. It mainly talks about the design of Algorithm Course in middle school grades and the class teaching design of Algorithm Course, which links with the teaching principle put forward by R.M.Gagne and the "leading - main body" teaching design mode put forward by Professor He Kekang.As a result, teachers can conduct a series of teaching activities effectively in real teaching, then make good teaching result and improve their ability of teaching and research as well.The study is closely related to practical teaching. After a year's teaching practice, the result of teaching is very good not only from the aspect of teacher, but from the response of students.
