Since the students need cooperation, educators propose the theory of group cooperative learning; on the development of class management, researchers put forwards the idea of students’ self-management. However, related researches often segment cooperative learning and class management, which actually divides their cooperation and subjectivity. Both of which should be organically united in the student individual. In other words, both of the theories should be united in education. The integration can interaction. Thus, combining with our educating practice, we propose the management model of cooperative groups in primary schools."Cooperative groups" is a unit of student organization formed with certain educative aims and in which partners cooperative behaviors are main action patterns. It is homogeneous between groups and heterogeneous in a group with4members. These groups can be evaluated mainly by overall achievement of their each member. The model has five parts:construction-aiming-evaluation-rethinking-driving internally. On the base of carefully document study, we design a practical research to verify. It made2classes of Shidai Primary School as its subjects and lasted for2years. The comparative results show that experimental class is better than experimental class in learning, comprehensive and managing abilities. According to the interview with students, teachers and parents, it is concluded that both management objects and subjects accept the class management model of cooperative group. It is concluded that the model has efficient influents on pupils learning and comprehensive abilities, which has positive effects on their interests and aims; it can efficiently enhance the pupils’ grades and abilities to manage their classes; it also helps the pupils to rethink and cooperate.
