With the fast development of society and economy, the number of migrant workers increases dramatically, therefore, the children of these migrant workers have become a large social group. Nowadays vocational education develops quickly, and the number of the migrant children in secondary vocational school rise obviously, but they still become the vulnerable group that are ignored and rejected by various levels like social consciousness, policies and regulations, which affects seriously their integrating into the society and causes a series of social problems to block the harmonious development of the urban society. In this aspect, how to guarantee the healthy growth of the migrant children and normal socialization, as well as facing the integrating problem of migrant children, will be a significant and severe issue.Different from the children in compulsory education stage, migrant children in secondary vocational school have their own ideas and opinion, they are eager to integrate into the society and have a job as soon as possible. However, the backward urban society policy can not meet their demand, so if without good instruction, their personal development and social stability will be affected. On the basis of previous studies, the author, using the migrant children in Shaoxing Economy and trade School.as the study object, focuses on researching their integration in school and identity in secondary vocational school. The research finds that these children did not get enough attention, which can be manifested, compared to local students, in their lower marks, greater learning stress and lower learning interest, insufficient learning motivation; besides, teachers cannot pay equal attention to them, their peer relation cannot interact effectively, the atmosphere of campus culture activities is not good, and in dealing with the award and superior evaluation, reward and punishment, they cannot get fairness, so the management and service of school still need to be improved. Meanwhile, migrant children, as a result of lower identity integration than local students, receive social discrimination differently to some level, have the sense of inferiority, and consequently, their self-identity is lower than local students, and the sense of belonging is not strong enough, along with the weak social relation, the missing confidence of making a connection with others; of course, owing to the influence of the family financial circumstances and low educational level of their parents, the parents have little expectation and focus on them, making their parenthood less harmonious. After the research, the author believes to improve the degree of these children’s social inclusion, people need to start with the following aspects:first, to enhance the positive publicity to the migrant children and eliminate social discrimination against them thus to improve their sense of identity; second, for the schools, they should teach on a case by case basis, care for these students, enrich the campus activities and actively construct an equal and caritative campus culture atmosphere; finally, the government needs to perfect the economic policy to the migrant workers, advance their financial treatment and cultural quality, thus to positively promote their family fusion. Through these joint efforts, it can be hoped to boost the social inclusion of the migrant children in secondary vocational school.
