Send teachers to study abroad is an important measure of the universities inpersonnel development,"by the water in the world, the raising of the successfulexperience of the fish. Returned overseas teachers in colleges and universities in thedevelopment of all aspects of an irreplaceable position in studies abroad teachers to createa huge benefit, leading to higher education and scientific research in China quickly followup to the world level. Almost all our disciplines of knowledge, including academic ideas,theories and research methods to a large extent been updated, the creation of a largenumber of used blank disciplines, have introduced a large number of new materials andnew teaching methods to improve our discipline construction and the level of highereducation, the quality of training institutions of higher learning had a significant impact.The level of scientific research in China has improved significantly shorten the gap between China and the international level, a number of disciplines have reachedinternational advanced level. College Teachers in China to study abroad per year linearupward trend of reform and opening up30years ago, study abroad the number of teachersincreased by several times, the alarming rate of growth in the number of teachers returningto school even based on hundreds of times. Countries, the relevant departments of theuniversities also continue to increase funding and standardize the management of theefforts of university teachers to study abroad, and formulated a series of policies andregulations, and made remarkable achievements. The main problems are: there are stillsome specific aspects of the work of studying abroad before leaving the country selectedlink is not fully achieve the "selection of fine camp, the lack of planning and design beforeleaving abroad during management deficiencies, returning after missing a track evaluationmechanism, the lack of ideological and political education of returned overseas teachers,and so on. In this paper, the above problem, track management to strengthen the selectionof the pre-sent study abroad teachers to study abroad, returned Performance Evaluation ofTeachers and students returned to the ideological and political education of teachers andother improvements, and stressed to create conditions conducive to the students returnedto teachers development policy, work, entrepreneurship, and living environment. Thereference is to provide for the development and adaptation of relevant departments anduniversities to study abroad management policies, and continuously improve the overallefficiency of university teachers to study abroad.
