Pre-school education is getting more and more attention by the society as the initial stage of life. Extensive research in the field of brain science, psychology and pedagogy, more people realize the importance of pre-school, pre-school education is not limited to3-6years, extended to0-6years, the stage is a crucial stage of life, is the rapid growth phase of the individual in terms of physiological, psychological, linguistic and intellectual,0-6years age is a relatively complete. The stage of early childhood mental age is small, need adult care and education to the good development, preschool education educare is essential, which is based on the requirements for physical and mental development of children, in line with the principles of healthy growth of young children, mental development, psychological development, the various countries’ educational circles have reached a consensus, implemented educare, the UK is one of them. In the late1990s Britain’s educare has obtained certain achievement, there is a good reference, but our country there are many inadequacies in child care integration,through the systematic analysis of the meaning of reform of Britain preschool education educare, provide guidance and advice to our country’s child-care integration.In this paper, through literature study method, factor analysis method, comparison method and qualitative analysis to reform of Britain preschool education educare analysis and research, mainly divides into six chapters:the first chapter mainly to the related concept of British preschool education educare reform is defined, the China and British preschool education institutions type is also briefly introduced; The second chapter to the theoretical background and practical background of reform of educare detailed analysis; The third chapter to sorted the process of educare reform, mainly divided into three stages:initial stage, system establislment period and reform consolidation period; The fourth chapter to the educare reform measures to do a thorough research, respectively from the legal documents, administrative management department, education and care content, teachers, funds and so on the detailed induction; The fifth chapter on analyzed educare reform, summarized its reform effectiveness, problem and characteristics; The sixth chapter through the analysis of the present situation and the question of child care integration in our country t, get a revelation form reform of Britain preschool education educare to us.
