Under the current college entrance examination system, writing and reading ability inChinese teaching almost become the common pursuit of the goal, but in the "devil training", manystudents’ writing level remains unchanged. If only the composition teaching and assessmentanalysis are taken as causes, the universal existence proposition limitation and updates, the shortof passion in writing, composition of the university entrance exam scoring standard’s malpracticeare the key.Writing is the comprehensive embodiment of students’ language ability, and it is also animportant measure measure to guarantee the quality of language teaching. With the newcurriculum reform in the Chinese curriculum standard, it is required and put forward as "theexpression and the exchange", so the reform of the traditional teaching model has always beenimminent. Essay writing teaching can be said to be the subversion of the traditional compositionteaching. In this paper, the writer focuses on the essay writing teaching evaluation and incentivestrategy research by using literature method, content analysis method, questionnaire method,interview method, the method of educational experiment, case analysis and other researchmethods, with achievement motivation theory as the theoretical basis.With the materials in the collection, analysis, and research, the paper summaries from the twoaspects of previous studies: the domestic literature review of nearly ten years on Chinese writingteaching research; the domestic essay writing teaching research for nearly ten years. Concerningpersonal views, essay writing teaching value lies in further research: how to get better applicationresults, how can we really make students generally love writing through writing.Motivation arises from the combination of need and incentives. The motives of human beingsare complex and diversiform, and according to the origin, motivation and need can be divided intobiological/social motivation, achievement motivation and communication motivation as the twomajor types. Achievement motivation is a push for people to reach the ideal state of internal forcewhen they are engaged in and consider their work important or valuable; it is the force of themotive for individual to complete a task and to achieve success. Murray put forward"achievement" after the concept, and therefore achievement motivation begun attractingattention-----hierarchy of needs theory, social theory of achievement motivation, expectancy valuetheory of achievement motivation, achievement motivation, attribution theory are the researchresults. The paper writer aims to construct the theoretical basis through combing the theory ofachievement motivation of the development context.In essay writing teaching, teachers use this form of essay writing training of students, tosharpen, cultivate students’ thought and language, promote their writing experience andaccumulation of material, thereby improving the accomplishment of writing process. Confrontedwith the task of high school students writing psychology and the status quo of questionnairesurvey, the paper discusses the achievement motivation and essay writing and the correspondingrelationship between teaching, and through the interpretation of composition scoring of theuniversity entrance exam and scoring principle, it reflects on essay writing teaching, furtherevaluation and incentive strategy research. In a teaching questionnaire survey and individualinterview of a city high school language teachers in essay writing, the author has implemented"the works album" experiment: to the students in middle school as the object, under the guidanceof the theory of the achievement motivation theory, pedagogy and psychology. According to the experimental preparation, implementation, it sums up an evaluation of three stages, with worksalbum method steps experiment, obtained delectable positive result. To show the experimentalresults, the author adopts the teachers and students essay collection first cry in the works for thecase analysis and reflection, expecting to further promote the application of the incentive policy.Research and experiment indicate that the method works, the album can be applied to otheryears even greater range of writing, and essay writing teaching should become an essentialcomplement to the traditional teaching of writing. Based on a research point of view, the authorthinks that the teacher in the teaching of writing practice should pay more attention to: how tomake students express individual feelings, cultivate thinking and expression of innovation, explorethe emotional authenticity, and finally improve their writing ability and literary attainments;concerning teachers, how to better teaching by writing, so as to build equality between teachersand students writing. In the application of the proposal, the author thinks: one is to bring the essaywriting teaching evaluation function into full play, the other is to actively use the essay writingteaching incentive strategy, so as to achieve the best combination of the two.
