For every human being, study is a lifelong career. During this process,individuals must suffer various effects from the external environment,and analysis the obtained information, so as to arrive at the theory whichcan guide their actions, and then act to meet their own intention. Lifelonglearning is equivalent to lifelong education. Such a characteristic isno exception for the beginning of the school year education. Ideologicaland political education is an overall project. Because of the progressof the era and the intensification of the social division of labor, ithas been artificially divided into many stages: preschool primary school,secondary school, college, graduate, and life after graduation. Due tothe object change of each stage of education and educational circumstance,it will have specific educational objectives, mechanisms and means ofeducation for each stage.How to organically combine these stages together and restore the wholesystem of education thoroughly is the task of the beginning of the schoolyear education. Beginning of the school year of education is to useeducation, management, sociology, psychology and other principles to dealwith role changes in different stages of education in order to achievea more systematic ideological and political education purposes. Beginningof the school year of education is the student’s first class in university.It influences whether the students can achieve the smooth transition fromhigh school to college, and also it is the preparation education forfreshmen to adapt themselves to college life. Beginning of the school yearof education is to develop the ability of adaption to the new environmentof the freshman, so as to reduce the period of the role change. It playsa vital role for the students to involve themselves to the university life.This paper focuses on the freshmen’s beginning of the school yearof education. To elaborating on this issue, this study first sorting outthe ideological and political education from the scope of the basicconcepts of beginning of the school year of education. According to theproblems in the freshman currently, clarify the necessity for the present research. On the basis of analyzing the reasons for roots of the currentshortcomings of the freshmen’s beginning of the school year of education,put forward feasible implementation strategy. In the analysis of specificfreshmen’s beginning of the school year of education, find out that thecontent of the beginning of the school year education of the freshmen cannot be separated; the effect of ideological and political education workis for the interaction, it is the combined result. However, the work canbe separated when they are designed. In this paper it combines theexistence of psychological problems of the current college students, thenecessity for the beginning of the school year of education andcountermeasures. Finally, the present study discuses the links on how toprotect the quality of education. High school and university educationin their different stages of commitment to the training task, but for theobject of education, its growing influence in any previous stage will bespread to a later stage. This process reflected in the process ofideological and political education is particularly prominent. All theideological and political education workers should take the initiativewith education to reduce the division brought about by short-term adverseeffects of education. State education authorities should also makereformation in the education system and educational structure, whichultimately drives the interface between the different stages of educationwork so as to achieve the overall training objectives, being a successorof a socialist party and the state.
