With the gradual improvement of the school reform basic conditions and the gradual dee-pening of quality-oriented education, the twenty first century curriculum reform emphasizes thequality-oriented education since the reform and open up in1978.The teacher as a teaching prac-titioner is the key to the educational reform, therefore teacher’s development becomes the centralconcern. Researchers have gradually come to realize teachers’ identity playing important role inteachers’ professional development, and some research results have been come out.Teachers’ identity contains teachers’ belief and commitment as a person: what kind ofpeople teachers want to be and how to build a meaningful life as a teacher is related to teachers’lives. On the basis of reference the existing theoretical research and quantitative research, theresearch applies life history method around the issues on the following:1.How the cooperativeteacher to understand and construct her own identity by changes in education?2. What influencethe cooperative teacher construct her own identity? The researcher applies observation, inter-view and material collection methods to collect data and explores Shu Chun’s process of formingand developing teacher’s identity by getting into practical field in Y elementary school andbuilding the cooperative relationship with Shu Chun who is the science teacher in Y elementaryschool. The researcher tries to understand the connotation, construction process and then furtherenrich the teachers’ identity theories and research methods.The thesis researches the connotation of identity from personal identity and professionalidentity and shows the connotation of identity and the construction process of identity are theresults of her consultations with society, major and other people by life stories told by Shu Chun.The research contributes to the factors of the science teacher’s identity construction:1.The ac-tive enthusiasm involved in teaching which is originated from combination of professional de-velopment with own interests2.The positive feedback power of identity construction gainedfrom the active involvement in researching teaching and science in the process of educationreform and achievement of identity construction;3.The colleagues exclusion and blow, the ap-preciation of leaders, the interpersonal factors and school culture.
