| Graduate ideological and political education is an important part of graduateeducation. It takes on the historical mission of training social qualified builders andsuccessors with strong ideological and moral qualities. What’s more, how to stimulatetheir initiative and consciousness of learning ideological and political education andhow to internalize social ethics into their own moral qualities become the major subjectsof this education.Depending on the self-education in graduate ideological and political education,this article aims to enhance its effectiveness. Here I study this subject by four parts.Firstly, by investigating the practical significance and theoretical basis ofself-education, I summarize that it can further enhance the practice effect of thegraduate ideological and political education and stimulate the cultivation of innovativetalents and at last promote the degree of Marxism in Chinese graduate.Secondly, by analyzing the questionnaire about the status of self-education, Irealize most graduates enjoy strong democracy and science awareness, and that theyalso enjoy healthy thinking and negative psychological. I also realize what manygraduates focus on is not ideological education but professional theories and skills, andthat they look forward to the collective spirit and the human spirit, but is likely toaffected by negative factors. Due to these analyses, I conclude the reasons where theproblems lie.Thirdly, with the further research of graduate ideological and political education, Icontribute to achieve self-education and promote their own political consciousness andmoral standards by self-criticism, self-cultivation, practice and training method and soon.At last, I think the content of self-education should be updated gradually, and thatestablishment of innovation mechanism should be based on the line ofself-needs—conflict—self-education. In addition, by self-awareness; self-reflection;independent study and lifelong learning, we should guide our graduates to cultivate theconsciousness and skills of self-education, what’s more, to enhance the effectiveness ofgraduate ideological and political education. |
