The wide range of moral education is now the main theoretical guidancein the current moral education in colleges and universities. Under thewide range of moral education, the university moral education resourcesare changing from narrow sense of moral education resources to the moraleducation of generalized resources. As the university moral educationresources connotation expands unceasingly, it becomes more important toresearch the internal relations of the university moral educationresources. The article is under the background of the wide range of moraleducation, and it uses the empirical research as supplementary to researchthe university moral education resources and its allocation. The mainemphasis of the article is on the research of connotation of the universitymoral education, its internal relations and the situation of the researchof university moral education resources.This thesis is with five chapters to discuss the university moraleducation resources and moral education resources configuration. Thefirst chapter focuses on the university moral education resourcesconnotation, and it generally introduces the situation of the researchof the university moral education resources. In the way of comparing the differences in developing and using moral education resources betweenforeign universities and Chinese universities, we want to inspire ourmoral education. The second chapter focuses on the research of therelations between the university moral education resources and the moraleducation work. Through the discussions of the internal relations of theuniversity moral education resources and its relation with the universitymoral education work, it helps us know more about the university moraleducation resources and its importance. The third chapter focuses on theresearch of the university moral education resources allocation ofresource in current time, from the concept, principle, function andmethods to understand the connotation of university moral education andthe allocation of resources, from the current university moral educationresources development and the use situation to describe situation of theuniversity moral education resource allocation. The fourth chapterfocuses on the university moral education, discussing the methods ofrealizing resources optimization allocation methods. This part talksabout how to allocate moral education resource through the way of theoryresearch. The fifth chapter focuses on the allocation of moral educationresource through the way of practice.
