As a basic national policy,the family planning policy of China has formed astable mode in rural during three decades. In recent years, with the issued of the allkinds of state’s agricultural policies, there has been more people turnning theirattention to the rural from the cities, and the research and discussion about the spreadof various types of policy information in the village was increasing. But the familyplanning policy, as one of the important topic, has not been always involved.In this paper, it took a combination of methods of field research and theoreticalanalysis. The author investigated and researched the effect of the spread of the familyplanning policy information in the villages and tried to deduce the mode oftransmission of the policy information in the villages. It mainly investigated the effectof policy information from the aspect of awareness、attitudes and behavior change bytaking a combination of focus interviews and questionnaires in Wuxia county inChongqing., and from which to explore the correlation between the layers of effectsand different communication channels.This paper tried to deduce the mode of the spread of family planning policy inthe rural through analysis of the various elements in the process of informationdissemination, and shuoming the characteristics of the various elements and found theproblem in the information dissemination.
