Imperialism And Its Comparative Study On The Evolution Of School Policy Theory

As the development of capitalism is yet to mature, imperialism has become the inevitable outcome of the development process, as early as one hundred years ago, the problem about imperialism has become the focus of academia. The summary and analysis of Marxist classical writers and western scholars, not only enriching the deep understanding of imperialism, but also putting forward reference methodology guidance to explore the imperialism in the current development trend of the international community. This article emphasize the combination of imperialism theory and the current international development situation, through analyzing the current characteristics of imperialism, to explore under the international situation of imperialism, how to make use of the current the international strategy of imperialism for the development of the socialist modernization road in our country.There are many research works about the imperialism theory, and has closely contact with the international situation, but there are difficulties if through an article to comprehensive analysis of the theory and real content, so, this article’s emphasis research is Marxist theory of imperialism and western imperialism theory of left-wing scholars. For the classic Marxist imperialism theory research, we can concluded that the characteristics and performance of traditional imperialism, however, the characteristics and performance of new imperialism need to obtain from the research on western left-wing scholars imperialism theory, then we compare the old and new imperialism theory analysis, through anglicizing the expression of American imperialism, as a typical example of new imperialism, final resting in coping strategies under the new era of imperialism.The framework of this article mainly has five parts, School of imperialism theory and policy evolution in the study. The first part is the introduction, mainly illustrates the meaning of the topic, research at home and abroad were reviewed, research ideas and methods, and the shortage of innovation and research. The second part is classic Marxist’s theory of imperialism. Mainly analysis and explain the Kautsky, Lenin,Bukharin imperialism theory. The third part is the western left-wing scholars of new imperialism theory. Mainly comparative study of the representative figure of new imperialism theory, David Harvey and Alan’s theory, and define the connotation, characteristic and performance of the old and new imperialists. The fourth part is the analysis of modern forms of imperialism. Mainly clarify the vast difference between the new imperialism and traditional imperialism in the form of expression, and focus on the new form of imperialism. The fifth part, based on the momentum of the development of globalization and hegemonies, under the new international background of imperialism, to dealing with complex international relations and new challenges for our country, providing coping strategies.
