Hegang City Community Home Care Services Research

"Silver hair tide" blow on the face and come, the impact of aging population inChina is unable to avoid. How to solve the problem of city community elderly trend tothe aging of the population, has become a realistic problem concerned by the wholesociety. In this paper, the research status of home care service at home and abroad,taking Hegang Gongnong community home-based care services center as an example,interviews with staff, conversation and community elderly people living at home, thensummed up the actual demand for pension services status and the elderly. Finally, basedon these investigations, the existence of home-based care services of the problem andanalyze the reasons, to find a solution, to improve the home-based care services, andpromote the smooth development of the cause of home-based care services. This paperaims to study, arouse the government and the citizens for community home-based careservices concern, through the joint participation of the government and the citizens, toimprove the quality of community service of aged care at home, how to deal with theaging of the population, community home endowment in the underdeveloped regions,protection of the rights and interests of the elderly to provide theoretical basis.
