In the course of our country’seconomic development,the development of foreign investment started later butdeveloped faster.From2001’s "Guiding Foreign Investment Direction regulations",2007’s "new Foreign Investment Industrial Guidance Catalogue",2010’s "further to dobetter utilization of foreign capital a number of opinions" to “foreign InvestmentIndustrial Guidance (2011Amendment)",it is not hard to see that foreign InvestmentIndustrial Guidance policies sharp and improve gradually in China. However. a lot ofproblems still exist in practice. Owing to illustrating other countries’"ForeignInvestment Law" and analyzing “Catalogue for the Guidance of Foreign InvestmentIndustries”.The paper aims at finding out the shortcomings of “Catalogue for theGuidance of Foreign Investment Industries” in practice,and proposing reasonablemeasures to perfect our Foreign Investment Industrial Guidance Policy.
