Recently with the progress of global economy integration and the development of knowledge economy, more and more countries have paid attention to their international competition capability. During the same time, massive gross of international capital flow and annexation also prove that whether developed or developing countries that want to win predominance in global economy competition must seek help from international investment. So under the circumstance of no-limits economy, how foreign direct investment acts on the international competition competence, especially how it works on the industrial competition competence causes our interest. In this article, we will make our stress on some theories of FDI and international competition, then frying to give out the evaluation parameter syste~n of FDI and international competition capability. Besides, we will also use this system to evaluate Chinese industrial competition after 20 years imports of FDI. In part I, the author summarized the main theory of international competition capability; after that, giving out the system of influences FDI has made on China抯 industrial competitive capacity in part 2. Since it is impossible for us to argue competitive capacity of all industrial sectors in general terms, we use lots of data to anal size the effect of FDI on different industrial sector by the classification of the industrial survey. That is the thesis of part3, and it is also the heart of this paper. Then, we analyze the industrial competitive capacity and FDI in Japan as an international contrast. At last, we discussed the way of thinking concerning the policy to improve ZheJiang province抯 industrial competitive capacity.
