Since the late20th century, economic globalization has become the main theme ofthe entire world economy forward, and countries around the world are benefiting fromthis trend, especially in the developing countries, economic globalization has broughtmore advanced concepts, technology, culture and broader market space to thedeveloping countries, China and India have developed rapidly by both developing theirown reforms and external opening in this context, through rapid economic growth ofnearly three decades, and now, they have not only the world’s most populous country,but also have been awarded by becoming the world’s fastest economic growth in bothcountries and are playing an increasingly important role on the international stage. Sucheconomic growth makes scholars to pay more attention to the development pattern inthese two countries, and also make the comparative study between China and Indiamore significant.The main content of this paper is divided into nine parts, the first part is anintroduction to the main aspects of the background, significance, methods of theresearch and content of the article to describe the overall situation; The second part isthe theoretical overview section, elaborates the research status at home and abroadabout the level of economic and social development in detail, and puts forward thetheoretical source of this article; the third part is to build the index system, the economicand social development is first defined and summarizes the constructing principle ofindex system, and then on this basis to build evaluation index system of economic andsocial development level; the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh section are for educationaltechnology level, health level, the level of economic development and the level ofevaluation index system of sustainable development in the two countries in terms ofcomparative analysis; the eighth part is a summary of the article, mainly for the analysis of these four areas to summarize, and identifies the exiting deficiencies inChina’s economic and social development and makes recommendations andcountermeasures. The ninth part is the conclusion, it is based on the analysis of theeighth part, forms the conclusions of this article and puts forward the ideas for thefuture development.
