In recent years, due to the continuous college enrollment, the number of college graduates have increased year by year, the employment problem is particularly prominent. Employers post is certain to increase the number of graduates, it will cause oversupply of labor, not to mention the staff needs some employers still gradually reduced, the retirement age will soon increase, China will face a fierce employment war.
