The Theoretical Conception Of Constructing The Constitutional Court System In China

Based on the current situation of the implementation of the constitution, in order to guarantee the implementation of the constitution as the fundamental law of the country for serious deficiencies in the current constitutional system in China, proposed the construction of the theory of the constitutional court system envisaged. This paper not only from the perspective of the development of history and international comparison demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of constructing the constitutional court system in our country, and a bold vision of the organizational structure and operation system of the constitutional court.
