As the elderly population is increasing and the rapid population aging, pension issue has become urgent social and national development process to solve the problems.In the face of China’s population aging phenomenon is especially serious reality, how to find a suitable Chinese conditions,to reasonably deal with an ageing population development objective requirement of pension mode,has become the core issue of solving the problem of population aging.And the community endowment service has become a new way to solve this problem,it refers to the government support and guidance,and through a series of professional work, leisure, entertainment,living in many aspects such as low paid or free support services for the elderly in the community,it can make the family endowment and social endowment are effectively combined,Us an integral part of the social security system of the elderly. In this paper,several community Hefei for the survey, through the literature review, by questionnaire survey and interviews, obtained the first hand data. Based on a full investigation, research status quo of Hefei city endowment service community analyzes the existing problems and puts forward reasonable suggestions.This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, it expounds the research background, significance,research methods, innovations and shortcomings, and the definition of related concepts and theory.The first chapter is a literature review on the research, reviews the domestic and foreign literature related to community service for the elderly. In the second chapter, based on the questionnaires and interviews, Analysis of the present condition of community services for the older people in hefei city. Summary from the practice of policies, measures and achievements in three aspects of Hefei city community service for the older people, which to find the problems of community services for the older people. The third chapter is summary of the experiences of community services for the older people, in hope to provide for useful reference to community services for the older people in hefei city. The fourth chapter is the final chapter of this article, on the basis of the above, aiming at the problems of community services for the older people in hefei city and tries to put forward the related opinion, hoping to do a little Contribution to community services for the older people in hefei city.
