Research On Aging Old-age Community Under The Background Of Population Aging

In recent years,China's social transformation and rapid economic development have brought about the problem of population aging,which has become one of the most concerned issues.With the gradual growth of the proportion of the elderly population,the government and traditional family pension model alone can no longer meet the current needs of China's pension.In 2013,the state issued policies to encourage private capital to enter the pension service market,which led to the rapid development of the pension real estate industry,but also gave birth to a variety of pension real estate models,including the whole-age pension community.The whole-age pension community emphasizes that through the acceptance of the whole-life-cycle population,it should construct an old-age community suitable for the whole people to live and live for life.It is equipped with the supporting facilities that can meet the needs of different age groups,and also has the basic functions of home-based pension and institutional pension.It is considered by the industry as the most suitable and ideal old-age real estate model under the background of the current aging population.?This paper comprehensively uses literature research method,PEST analysis method and case analysis method to conduct a thorough study of the whole-age pension community.The article is mainly composed of five parts.The first chapter is the introduction.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of the research on the whole-age pension community.Then,it summarizes the research on the aged real estate and the aged community at home and abroad,discusses the related theories involved in the research,defines the core concepts,and finally determines the overall technical route of the research.In the second chapter,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the macro environment of the whole pension real estate industry from four perspectives of policy,economy,society and technology.On this basis,the impact of macro environment on the development of the whole-age pension community is summarized and analyzed.In the third chapter,the comparative analysis of typical cases,select the typical cases of the whole-age pension community and the other two typical cases of the old-age real estate model to compare,from the location selection,service population,service mode,supporting facilities,profit model and other aspects to compare the three different old-age real estate models.In the fourth chapter: The construction and analysis of the model of the whole-age pension community.Based on the comparative analysis of the third chapter,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the whole-age pension community model,and combines with the macro-environment of the whole-age pension community to analyze the advantages and development bottlenecks of the model.In the fifth chapter,conclusions and suggestions.Based on the analysis,summary and conclusion of the previous study,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the whole-age community for the aged from three perspectives of the government,society and the community itself.
