Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Urban Elderly Service Mode Integrating Pension Service With Medical Service

As the wave of aging arrives,the pressure of providing elderly services in China is growing.Meanwhile,due to rapid urban development,a great quantity of migrants swarmed into cities.Therefore,the supply of scarce urban resources such as medical resources and elderly service resources has also become tighter.In recent years,the new elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services has been tried out all over China and well received by all walks of life.In 2014,the government started to officially promote and popularize the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services,centered on people,and improved the old people's satisfaction with elderly services.This is of great significance in providing elderly services for the elderly in cities.As for research significance,this thesis believes that the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services is of theoretical and practical significance.In terms of theoretical significance,it not only enriches the research content of aging theories but also provides reference data for future research of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services.In terms of practical significance,the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services consists of three main bodies which are the state,the market and the society.Each has its own expectation and practical demand.This is also the practical value of research.Regarding research methods,this thesis mainly adopts questionnaire and interview methods.The author has investigated and surveyed eight typical organizations integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei,understood problems and reasons in carrying out the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services from the angles of organizations and the elderly and collected data and materials to lay a foundation for further analysis.As for the research content,firstly,this thesis analyzes the concept and connotation of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services.The elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services is a new elderly service mode which takes elderly services,medical services,nursing and hospice care into account.Its core lies in that it puts people first and provides richer and better elderly services for the elderly.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the status quo of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei,and summarizes five practical forms of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei.Thirdly,on the basis of relevant data analysis and interview records,this thesis analyzes the problems of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei more accurately,and summarizes the key problems of the current elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei from six aspects.The thesis analyzes the.reason of carrying out the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services in Hefei,and put forwards the reasons why the overall structure of the medical service system is unreasonable,the reform of the elderly care and insurance systems haven't been carried out properly over a long period of time,the supporting resources and functions of all kinds of organizations are quite different from each and the vocational training is not enough by comparing to the above six problems.Finally,the thesis analyzes the creative methods for carrying out the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services,and puts forward creative methods for setting up an elderly service office,establishing a elderly service system,exploring a combined elderly service mechanism and strengthening the building of elderly service teams for carrying out the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services.The author hopes that these countermeasures and suggestions could have some reference value for Hefei to carry out the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services and provide better elderly services forthe elderly.In the part of the research conclusion,the thesis summarizes it in three creative points.Firstly,it redefines the connotation of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services and believes that the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services is a mesosphere concept.Secondly,it analyzes the problems of the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services and believes that the core of the problems is that we don't well understand and pay enough attention to the elderly service groups.Thirdly,it gives suggestions on the building of the elderly service system integrating medical services with elderly services and believes that the popularization of this elderly service mode is actually an opportunity to optimize the medical system and the elderly service system.The thesis still has some defects and shortcomings.It has no clear theoretical perspective,no clear discussion about the problems and no clear analysis of countermeasures.The thesis is relatively simple in analysis and doesn't study any problem or part further.The data analysis is relatively simple and has no complex operational formulas and computation results.This is also a reference direction for further research.The advice of building the relevant elderly service system and the combined elderly service mechanism by relying on the elderly service mode integrating medical services with elderly services is of certain reference value in improving the original elderly service system.
