Research On Information Publication On Huaibei Municipal Government

In today’s information age, Government Information Public has already become a kind of inevitable trend. It is an important means which makes administrative acts more transparent, protects the right to know and maintains the incorruptness of the government. Disclosure of government information is a product of globalization and become a world tendency after World War II, especially in the1980s. In terms of activities in foreign countries, the process of development of government information disclosure is to formulate and improve the government information public legal system process. Rule of Government Information Publicity which is the maximum protection of civic right of information has been put in force on May1st,2008. From then on, governments at all levels tried very hard to implement the ordinance work and obtained certain achievement. But there were also some problems in the course of implementing. The local government directly faces to the masses. It takes very important role in Government Information Public. It is very meaningful to do some research on this topic.This thesis is built on the basis of a survey on the situation of Huaibei government information publicity,and the application effect is also objectively ananlyzed. The paper sums up its achievements, at the same time, it analyzes the problems that exist. The present problems of Huaibei government information publicity are that the knowledge of the government and the masses about government information publicity is poor, the quality is low, the channel is narrow, poor interactivity, the related laws and relief mechanism are not sound. On the basis of the problems existing and analysis of its causing, drawing lessons from international advanced experience and combining the general trend of government information publicity, countermeasures are proposed:change the government’s administrative concepts, strengthen propaganda work, fully promote the knowledge of the government and the masses to government information publicity; clear and standardize the range,content and program of the publicity of government information, strengthen information publicity in key fields; actively expand the channel of public getting government information; establish and enhance the relative accessorial mechanism, lead and coordinate system, examine system, release and feedback system, monitoring system, assessment system, trainng system and so on.This thesis adopts following research methods:literature analysis, comparative analysis, interview and survey analysis, etc.
