Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Tongling Municipal Government Information Publicity

After entering twenty-first Century, the information technology revolution intensified the interaction of various ideology and culture.All kinds of information gradually become the important resources that people rely on for survival and development in the modern society.They affect our production way, life style and management methods in an unprecedented way, and play a significant role in the economic and social development. According to the statistics,80%information of our country is controlled by the government currently.The government information publicity is more adequately, it is more easily to promote the government reform and management and more convenient for the people to take part in the political affairs, it is also more easily for the enterprises and individuals to arrange their work and life according to the real needs.In 2005, Measures of the Municipal Government Information Publicity in Tongling was introduced before the PRC Government Information Disclosure Regulations. Tongling became one of the pioneers in government information publicity in Anhui Province and even all of the country. Therefore, the research on Tongling will promote government information publicity.This thesis contains four chapters. The first chapter expounds the achievements of information publicity theory and practice both home and abroad, summarizes the concept of the government information publicity, and lists the research methods, innovations and shortcomings of this thesis based on the information publicity research background and its meaning. The second chapter analyzes the government information publicity status of Tongling and makes clear the government information publicity development and the effect. The third chapter finds out the existing problems during the process of the government information publicity. The fourth chapter puts forward some proposals and countermeasures according to Tongling status.
