Corruption control is an interdisciplinary, highly compressive social problem that requires close coordination of various control measures and strategies. With the function of the law explosed in modern society, the application of law is what it means while tackling with corruption.First, from the perspective of the definition, corruption is sort of a phenonmenon which demonstrated by a government as the deviation from the normal power traces in impletmenting laws. While determine the basic elements of corrption, the main range of behavior, behavior in the form of action, purposes and the damage to the subject can be very useful keys. Secondly, being an issue which modern coutries must cope with, the valueble experience and profound lessons in the history of corruption control offers sufficient help to suggest the correct path. From the globle perspective, countries have reached the concesus of adopting legal mechanism as the basic means of corruption control, which provide a number of worthy reference for advice in our legal mechanism construction. Then came the main part of this thesis. Based on a summary of practices, the analysis of composition and principles of operation suggest that the current model adopted by our country in corruption control can be divided into three stages: the preparation of legal basis, the application of law, and the education related to the rule of law, aiming to guideã€to evaluateã€to forecasteã€to coerce and to educate people as the function of law suggested. This model shows to us the critical and fundamental role of law in corruption control, it can develop certain paths of improvement with reference to its curren imbalanced situation as well. Possible improving means include further rationlize and coordinate relationship between diffent management department, construct better law basis system and governance system and so on.The adoption of legal mechanism is an inevitable trend, either from the perspective of history or reality, it all has sufficient rationality and legitimacy. This paper provide feasible opinion for future improvement of the mechanism as well. |
