The paper study it from the theory, system and fact.The main idea of this article is to clarify the basic theory, based on the scope of the disclosure of government information, from the theoretical basis of the two aspects of interpretation of the publication range of government information, the system of disclosure of government information of main countries and regions, analyzed the reasons for the formation of government information public scope in our country, puts forward the path to expand the range of government information.
