The Research On The Problem Of Rural Disabled Rehabilitation Security In Anhui Province

The disabled has been at the bottom of society since long, especially for disabled who lives in countryside. Their self-help capabilities and ideological level is low, and they have poor economic conditions. It shows that there is a big gap between the living conditions and social average level for rural disabled. Supply best rehabilitation security not only help rural disabled to restore the function of body, but also help to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to achieve balanced development. If the problem of the rehabilitation for the disabled, it will have a great impact. Therefore, rehabilitation security for rural disabled not only is the focus of social security for disabled, but also to the positive response to the’18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Anhui province is an agricultural province, the research of rehabilitation security for rural disabled in Anhui province has the certain representation. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part introduces the research background and significance of rehabilitation for the disabled, and summarized related concepts, then further introduces the ideas and methods of this research. The second part through the collation of literatures about disabled rehabilitation security in order to understand the current situation of the research, and find out the deficiency. Third part introduces typical countries, China and Anhui province disabled rehabilitation security present situation from aspects of the system and service subjects respectively, prepare for discusses the obstacle factors for disabled rehabilitation next part. The fourth part select5city10counties by stratified sampling method to questionnaire survey and case interview for rural disabled in Anhui province. Then according to the data analysis and interview materials summed up some obstacles at present rural disabled rehabilitation security of Anhui province. The fifth part puts forward suggestions to the development of the Anhui disabled rehabilitation security based on the obstacle factors. Part six is the conclusion.
