As the community’s increasing attention to human rights protection in China, the Executive Compensation system has become even more academic attention. In our country, Administrative Compensation had years of legal practice. However, it is regrettable that is, its practice and there is no mature legal theoretical support, more administrative compensation does not constitute a better legal system, making it difficult to adapt to the development needs of the construction of modern rule of law. In this case, to study the administrative compensation system, promote the reform and perfection of administrative compensation system, has become an important topic of administrative legal system construction in China, has a profound theoretical significance and practical significance.This article is consists of introduction, body and conclusion three parts.
