| As the political, economic, cultural and scientific and technological development of globalization, the traditional model of public administration is facing a huge challenge. The public sector and the public have strongly demanded the government reform the mode of operation, improve public sector performance. The Chinese government in the1980s, the construction will also be efficient government administration as a major work. Reform of public sector performance has been unprecedented attention. But our government sector performance assessment of the current development is not yet mature, and lack of strategic theoretical framework and tools.This paper studies the Balanced Scorecard to Government Performance Evaluation, combined with the Balanced Scorecard theory in some regions of the application of case studies analyzed, and accordingly proposed to build a performance evaluation system of government proposals.Firstly, the performance evaluation of our government analyzed the current situation, our government performance evaluation for the current existence of a number of issues, put forward a balanced scorecard applied to government departments work in performance evaluation of proposals. Then, by reading a lot of literature on the Balanced Scorecard theory conducted in-depth research. Then through case analysis of the Balanced Scorecard in the government sector the feasibility and need for a research and demonstration. One of the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Qingdao Municipal Work carried out in-depth analysis of the case and the tax system and the further integration of Shenzhen Hailin BSC evaluation system were compared. On this basis, the paper proposes some specific application recommendations for the Chinese government to build the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system. And this paper provides a reference for the government to perfect the performances evaluation system, as well as related regulations and policies. |
