Along with the Internet popularization and the social economic development and the gradual improvement of the living standards, people demand for commodities is relatively improved. Since our country in98the first than network deals agreed upon, the network shopping gradually to a new form of shopping way into People’s Daily life. As of the end of2012, China Internet network information center (CNNIC) released figures showing that at present our country network shopping user scale has reached242million, and throughout the year in our country network shopping market transaction volume reached1.2594trillion yuan accounted for6.1%of the total retail sales of social consumer goods. The attached to the network platform for trading way gradually by the people’s identity and at the same time bring consumers more risk. In China’s online shopping consumer rights and interests of security problems are also increasingly highlighted. Network shopping was widely attention, safety and quality problems in the network shopping consumers’legal rights and interests safeguard has become in the process of promoting fast and healthy development of the network economy must attach importance to and solve the important issues. And countries in this year’s new elimination in the draft for Internet shopping has right of "regret", the increase of the content, such as consumer privacy online shopping consumer rights protection problems to see the hope. This article mainly through to the current content, the reason of the environmental risk of online shopping, etc, were analyzed, and combining the new draft elimination for online changes and puts forward the system of mature foreign countries and regulations to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers in online shopping personal opinion.
