With the birth of the micro-Bo popular, we also entered a new era-micro era. In the context of the era, we see that micro-blogging passes moved forces, and gathers good positive energy, but also encountered even participated in the activities of the spread of negative energy. I expand rational thinking, and the purpose is to explore whether we can role in the field of the human mind through micro-blogging, and play the micro-blogging shape function. The central thesis of this study is Ideological and Political Education function of the micro-blogging. We conducted a series of critical and constructive thinking, which is from the "micro-blogging" to "human" to "the ideological and political education function ".We establish the possibility of the establishment of the topics and further demonstrate the progress of micro-blogging playing to the ideological and political education function. The paper is divided into six parts:Chapter Ⅰ:Introduction. Introduction of thesis logical starting point and Research.Chapter Ⅱ:This chapter is clarifying three related concepts of the micro-blogging, man and ideological and political education function, that is answering "what" questions and the definition of the micro Kripas and political education, to lay the foundation for further study sight, to highlight this article academic rigor, without ambiguity.Chapter Ⅲ:Ⅰ analyzes the possibility of that how we generated micro-blogging ideological and political education function in the theoretical sense. Based on the theory, philosophical hermeneutics provides us with a theoretical logical starting point. The object of the fusion of horizons is Ideological and Political Education function and micro-blogging function. Departure from the "Pre-understanding" state of the fusion of horizons first, and then we analyze the possibility of Ideological and Political Education of the micro-Bo. Marxist human sight provides us with a key point, which means Micro-blogging intersect with the ideological and political education function, and this intersection point is "person". Then we analysis of how the ideological and political education from the perspective of ideological and political education paradigm shift beyond the plight of micro-era.
