Research On The Educational Function Of Ideological And Political Education

As an important component, educational function plays a fundamental and major role in the functional system of ideological and political educations, while the study of which exactly aiming at expanding and deepening the ideological and political educations functional theory. Meanwhile, with the gradual enhancement of subjectivity, one’s status has been increasingly paid attention to and the concept of putting people first has been turned into a major one in ideological and political educations. In such a time and theoretical context, the study of this educational function and the emphasis on its role in reaching one’s comprehensive development is not only necessary for deepening, further developing and enriching the functional theory of ideological and political educations but also of outstanding theoretical and practical value for enhancing the effectiveness of this theory.This study, based of previous findings, will be divided into following three parts:Part Ⅰ:connotations, features and research values of the educational function of ideological and political educations. This section, on the basis of interpreting the concept of educational function, will extract its connotations, analyze its features and discuss the theoretical and practical value of ideological and political educations from three perspectives of structure and function, purpose and function and law and function respectively.Part Ⅱ:the exact analyses of educational function of ideological and political educations. Adopting the interdisciplinary research method, this part, imitating the talent quality structure theory, will draw a content system for this educational function from three dimensions of improving ideological, political and moral qualities, guiding the development of intelligent qualities and cultivating healthy physical and mental qualities.Part Ⅲ:analysis on how ideological and political educations to play its educational function. The author in this section will analyze how ideological and political educations play educational function in terms of exact principles and conditions and put forward a practical and effective way to play this role from aspects of theoretical, practical activities, self-improvement and environmental affection.
