Analysis Of The Party Construction Of The University Student Community

In recent years, there are many new requirements for the party construction workbecause of the significance changes taken place in student’s living status andmanagement framework, together with the continuous educational and teachingreforms in university education, especially after the college reforms in logisticssocialization and credit system, the university student’s education administration wastransferred from the traditional unit of departments and classes to thecommunity-basis. By various channels, for example, the market-oriented operationand socialization administration, colleges gradually formed a model for student’scommunity management, which is advanced facility, fully functional and up-to-datescale. Besides, college students spend more time than ever while the practice of creditsystem is performed, they will not only rest in the community, but also they’ll studyand entertain themselves,taking part in activities in the administration andenvironmental maintenance in the community. This change had resulted in severechallenges in terms of set-up of the Party organization and mode of education. Thus itis practically and theoretically necessary to enhance the Party construction in collegestudents’ community, and to firmly carry out the advanced education of universitystudent-party members, so that they’ll be able to strictly discipline themselves,enhance the Party members’ Party nature cultivation, and play their roles of backboneand modeling while conducting student party member’s ideological and politicaleducation.Currently researches about education of the Party construction in collegecommunity is well realized, however, these researches still lies only on a theoreticallevel, and lack of practical supports and are not systematically organized. The authormade extensive research and a lot of investigation by interviews, case study andliterature analysis. The essay used academic andextensive research, and explored many major issues concerning the Party constructionamong college students’ communities so as to guide and improve the practice of this job under the new situation, which will eventually promote students’ comprehensivehealthy development.The essay firstly analyzed the connotation of community college students andthe main significance of party construction in college students’ communities, then itdiscusses the problems of community party construction of university students,finally, it brings up specific methods to conduct community party construction ofuniversity students.
