Community correction is a correction and imprisoned the correspondingpunishment mode， is the process of criminal again socialization reform， juvenilecommunity correction is a juvenile offender as a special group for communitycorrection. On January10，2012， the supreme people’s court， the supreme people’sprocuratorate， ministry of public security， the justice department has issued themeasures for the implementation of community correction， article33made provisionsfor the community correction of juvenile， is our country made great progress on thelegislation of community correction. Juvenile community correction in our country’slegislation and practice has made some achievements， but still with many problems.Crime reason， multilayered， and the diversity of the particularity of the minorsdetermines the minor illegal crime must be more scientific and humanistic correctiveway， and the community correction is adopted widely in the world today a proveneffective way of correction.
