The contradiction between the strong demand of the construction ofa socialist country under the rule of law and the judicial trust crisis becomeincreasingly apparent. At present, the Court’s credibility in judicial judgment, judgepersuasiveness, self-discipline, judicial enforcement is missing, leading to thenegative comment of people. Because of the complexity of the measuring standardof the Court’s credibility, the measurement of the Court ’s credibility should beestablished on the management of court’s daily work. Therefore, we have to designthe management system which integrates the legal effect, social effect and politicaleffect. This kind of management system should cover the court trial,enforcementand even the Judge’s daily life. It has the operability and repeatability. In order toimprove the Court’s credibility, we should establish the target of the work qualityand efficiency, improve the judicial judgment by explicating the idea, improve thejudge persuasiveness by controlling system, improve the self-discipline bysupervision and improve judicial enforcement by persistent effect mechanism.. |
