In order toimprove the Court’s credibility, we should establish the target of the work qualityand efficiency, improve the judicial judgment by explicating the idea, improve thejudge persuasiveness by controlling system, improve the self-discipline bysupervision and improve judicial enforcement by persistent effect mechanism..
