Research On The Governance Mechanism Of Public Opinion For The Ruling Party From The Perspective Of Political System Theory

Public opinion is a comprehensive performance of a personal interest to his or her own particular concern of the evaluation or public will and so on. Public opinion concerning the political, economic, cultural, ecological and other social fields, reflects the concern of social public information, Policy Governance and civil rights. Relying on the occurrence and process perspective, the three aspects of public opinion has at least a psychological complex, practice movement and the potential effect. So, public opinion has caused policy and governance theory as well as the focus of the ruling practice.The emergence and the formation of public opinion in the public crisis, brought a serious challenge to the validity of ruling party’s Governance Legitimacy and public management. In recent years, the Communist Party of China has taken many measures in public governance, made a lot of results, and accumulated a lot of experience, but there are still many problems, public opinion crisis phenomenon still happens repeatedly. Sustained attention and systematic study of public opinion, establish a sound administrative mechanism is important to study political science and Strengthen and innovative social management administration.Firstly, based on the view of public opinion, the paper begin to clarify the meaning, characteristics and types of the basic connotation, and on this basis, the paper begin to compare the two concepts of public opinion and the opinion of the targeted comparison.
