Research On The Network Public Opinion Response Mechanism For Emergencies In The Political And Legal System

At present,there is no doubt that the popularity of the Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's lives.While the Internet era brings convenience to people,it also profoundly affects the environment of public opinion.The extensive,convenient and fast nature of network communication makes the Internet the primary platform for people to express opinions and suggestions,convey emotional information,express public demands,and measure government decision-making.The rapid formation of online public opinion crisis has been boosted by some untrue reports,deliberate guidance of specific groups and some people's irresponsible expression of online freedom of speech.As a front-line department of law enforcement,the political and legal system bears the characteristics of great public power,strong public welfare and high attention.The particularity of the role of law enforcement and the directness of facing the masses make it easy to become the speculation object of hot news on the Internet.In recent years,people habitually point more contradictions to the political and legal organs due to the imperfection of the regulatory bodies,the imperfection of the prevention system and the untimely handling of emergencies,thus forming a fermentation of public opinion and exerting social impact.Therefore,how to deal with the attack of public opinion,strengthen the prevention and control of public opinion,guide the direction of public opinion,and carry out the online public opinion response to emergencies are the primary tasks that should be solved by the current political and legal system.As a law enforcement worker of political and legal organs,I made a detailed analysis of prominent problems and successful experience in dealing with online public opinions in emergencies in the political and legal system by means of questionnaire survey based on actual work cases,and put forward some of my own opinions and suggestions.Network public opinion can not be underestimated.Moreover,effective prevention and guidance and appropriate countermeasures can resolve conflicts in time.Political and legal organs can draw lessons from the content described in this article,and gradually give out network public opinion response to emergencies in view of the actual situation in the region.
