Research On The Generation And Governance Of Public Opinion Judgment From The Perspective Of Field Theory

With the rapid development of the Internet,netizens’ right to speak is also constantly expanding.Some cases are not only subject to judicial trials,but also attract the attention of public opinion.However,when public opinion gradually extends its tentacles to the judicial field,it will interfere with the fair trial of cases and even change the original trial results.From the perspective of field theory,this paper analyzes the factors that generate public opinion judgment,and combines with specific cases to analyze the opinions of Internet users,and uses data to more intuitively show the influence of public opinion on the outcome of the case trial,in order to find effective methods to govern public opinion judgment.The first part is introduction.The introduction first explains the research background and significance,defines the concept of the trial of public opinion and the field theory,and then combs the related research of the field theory and the field theory of public opinion to find the research direction.On this basis,it further explains the method,purpose and innovation of the research.The second part,the field analysis of public opinion trial.In this part,it first defines the trial of public opinion so that the research can be carried out more objectively.Then it analyzes the reasons and the subject of the field of public opinion trial.Outside the enclosure,from the economic,political,cultural three aspects of analysis.The internal field is directly divided into the field of public opinion and the field of justice to analyze the influencing factors.The third part,analysis of the generation process of typical cases of public opinion trial.According to the cases of public opinion trial in recent years,seven typical cases are selected for case analysis.First of all,the basic situation of these cases is reviewed,and then according to the generation process of public opinion,from the initial stage,development stage,outbreak stage,pacification stage to analyze the specific impact of public opinion on the outcome of the trial.The fourth part is the analysis of the influence of the field of public opinion on the field of trial.On the one hand,combined with specific cases,the trial result of the case and the netizens’ comment tendency are compared and analyzed,and the influence of public opinion on the final result of the case is displayed visually by means of data chart,which can be divided into aggravating the trial result,alleviating the trial result and promoting the trial process.On the other hand,it makes an overall analysis of the influence of public opinion judgment from the negative and positive perspectives.In this way,starting from the case,covering both positive and negative aspects,can more comprehensively and objectively reflect the influence of the trial of public opinion.The fifth part is the regulation and governance of public opinion judgment from the perspective of field theory.On the basis of the above comprehensive analysis,from the external field field and internal field two perspectives to explore the effective governance path of public opinion judgment.From the two directions of justice and public opinion,we should make efforts at the same time,so that the individuals with temperature and the system without temperature can be effectively matched,so as to better play the positive effect of public opinion,and ensure the fairness and justice of judicial trials while playing a supervisory role.
