Urban Community Service Pension System Countermeasures

With the arrival of aging comes into our country, it becomes faster and faster. Now the government concern about the elderly and provide more medical facilities to meet the increasing daily life demand of the majority of the elderly. In the situation, obviously the problem in the urban is much more serious. Through the study of the community services which provide for the elderly we find there are many problems. So the research of community service which provide for the aged is very important. Referring to the foreign countries’experience in the development of community services for the elderly and according to our current situation, improve the community services for the elderly in the urban.Some scientific and reasonable suggestions could improve our community services for the elderly, such as:(1)To strengthen the policies and regulations of the community services for the elderly;(2)To enrich the funds;(3)To enhance the facilities for the elderly in the community;(4)To enlarged the professor and absorb volunteers join into the community;(5)To build up the community services system for the elderly;(6)To encourage the elderly to participate in social activities.
