Urbanization In The Suburbs Of The Disorder And Its Treatment

Urbanization is a general worldwide economic and social phenomenon. It is the main trend of today’s world economic and social development and the main indicator to measure a country’s economic and social development. Urbanization brings a fundamental transformation of the mode of social production and lifestyle. It brings the country to the road of modernization, at the same time, it also brings the disintegration of the traditional rural society.The urbanization’s process in our country is accelerating. The city makes its expansion to the suburban rural gradually. It brings the problem of suburban rural landless and it become the direct cause of suburban rural governance plight. We take the village A as an example in this thesis, and investigate the problem of what’s the reason in suburban rural social disorder which under the influence of a combination of factors of urbanization dynamic action, history, institutions, markets and governance dilemmas.The rural order refers to smooth and orderly interaction between the rural social structure elements, then the rural would in a state of equilibrium and stability. The rural order is an orderly equilibrium of the rural society, and its formation has duality. Diachronic indicators can be divided into phylogenetic order and the administrative order. The relatives order is the internal and informal order in the village which plays a supporting role, guided by the non-institutional norms. Administrative order is the order of the state administrative and formal which plays a leading role, guided by the institutional norms.Since the reform and opening up, China has been in a transition period, and how to maintain the balance of rural social order is crucial for the development of rural society. The rural order is orderly and stable interaction between the various elements of the rural society. There are several reasons for affecting the rural order:the factors of individual farmer’s behaviors, the factors of country’s system on the rural and so on. If there were no effective interaction between each element in the rural order, it would lead to the broken of the social balance which means the disorder in the rural. The main appearance for the phoneme are social imbalances, organizational vacuum, ethical crisis,and the concrete manifestations are the villagers internal differentiation, the decline of public services, the villagers on behalf of the General Assembly exists in name only, degradation of grass-roots social organizations, village cadres crisis of confidence and so on. Throughout the performance out-of order in the rural, this thesis analyzes the cause of out-of order, the dynamic mechanism and the root of the phoneme. The aim of this study is how to solve this problem which means what we are going to do in the future. We can rebuild our rural order by determining through governance objectives, the improvement of governance content to achieve the performance of governance. At last, based on the case, make a summary and a reflection on these issues that in the process of urbanization our country’s household registration system, the road of urbanization as well as the urbanization’s passive.
